Chris Brundage started his career at Western Washington University. At Western, Brundage was GNAC co-Freshman of the Year. Once transferred to UW, he started 12 matches in his sophomore season. Last year, as a junior, he played in 15 of the Huskies’ 18 games. Brundage is a Gig Harbor native.

“Brundage has had a strong year at the UW and we see him continuing that this summer.  He is a local player and we look forward to connecting him with the community so they come watch a local product,” said Sawatzky.

 Appeared in 15 of 18 games, starting 12 ... got his first start of the season vs. Portland on Sept. 21 ... took one shot at Stanford on Oct. 14. 

2010: His first season with UW after transferring ... played some really good minutes in the back line ... played in 13 games, started in 12 ... made his first UW start vs. Evansville in Portland, Ore., on Sept. 3 ... took six shots, four on goal ... recorded his first assist as a Husky against nationally ranked Cal on Oct. 31 on the go-ahead goal of the 2-1 loss in 2OT.

2009: Great Northwest Athletic Conference co-Freshman of the Year ... First-Team GNAC All-Conference ... second-team Daktronics West Region all-star ... started all 20 games and took four shots on goal.
